Over the past 20 years, I’ve immersed myself in the exciting world of recruitment. I’ve embraced the challenge of working across multiple sectors and building relationships with diverse individuals along the way.
For a decade, I focused on supporting the NHS and Private healthcare industry, specializing in locum staffing. My main areas of expertise revolved around the ‘Care of Elderly, Cardiology, and Gastroenterology’ divisions, particularly at the Senior SPR and Consultant levels.
More recently, I’ve delved into permanent commercial recruitment, which has broadened my horizons in terms of candidate outreach and the variety of clients I work with. It’s been a fantastic experience filled with learning and growth.
Throughout my career, I’ve successfully recruited for various roles, including office-based Administration, High-Volume Customer Service, Business Development, R2R, Automotive Sales, Technicians, and diverse Engineering positions. Additionally, I’ve had the privilege of being appointed as a key point of contact for nationwide high-volume recruitment campaigns.
I’m grateful to have received the Recruitment Consultant of the Month/Year awards on several occasions. However, what truly matters to me is remaining humble, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and expanding my knowledge as I progress along my journey.

Without a doubt, I’m a 100% boat person! One of my greatest passions in life is being on the water, especially the vastness of the ocean. If I had to choose someone to join me, it would be my son, Reagan. Even at his young age of 5, he’ll always be my trusty skipper!
