 Job description:

  • Order, receive, and allocate all parts.
  • Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers, explaining provisions and exclusions.
  • Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customers payment, including deductibles.
  • Assist retail customers and technicians, including answering phones.
  • Assist with parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping.
  • Maintains records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers’ publications.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Hours F/t: Full time, 5 day work week, including alternate Saturday

Experience/qualifications:

  • 2 years’ experience within a Dealership Parts, inventory or warehousing environment.
  • Forklift Certification – a big benefit, however not essential
  • Willingness to take initiative.
  • Quality verbal communication, writing and grammar skills.
  • Computer Literate
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
  • Must present a professional demeanour, punctuality and able to work weekends and holidays, if needed.

Company package & benefits:

Base salary ranging from $32,000 – $40,000.
