Job Description:

1. Vehicle Cleaning and Detailing:
   • Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles inside and out, including washing, waxing, polishing, and vacuuming interiors.
   • Remove dirt, stains, and debris from various surfaces, such as upholstery, carpets, dashboards, and windows.
   • Apply appropriate cleaning agents and products to restore vehicles to their original appearance.
2. Inspection and Quality Control:
   • Conduct meticulous inspections of vehicles to identify any imperfections, scratches, or damage.
   • Report any mechanical or cosmetic issues to management promptly.
   • Ensure vehicles meet quality standards and comply with dealership guidelines.
3. Inventory Management:
   • Maintain accurate records of the vehicles that have been detailed, noting any special services or repairs required.
   • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed.
4. Customer Service:
   • Assist customers with any questions or concerns related to vehicle appearance.
   • Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering consistently high-quality detailing services.
5. Team Collaboration:
   • Work closely with other detailers, technicians, and sales staff to coordinate vehicle cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently.
   • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure vehicles are ready for showcasing and test drives.
6. Facility Maintenance:
   • Keep the detailing area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
   • Adhere to proper waste disposal practices and ensure a clean environment.
7. Vehicle Protection:
   • Apply protective coatings, sealants, and treatments to enhance and preserve vehicle exteriors and interiors.
   • Follow best practices to safeguard vehicle finishes during the detailing process.
8. Hours : 8am – 7pm

Experience/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an auto detailer or similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot imperfections.
• Knowledge of various cleaning products and detailing techniques.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
