Pay Structure: 

Entry Level Technicians – $18 – $22 an hour with added efficiency bonuses of up to $8 per hour, + excellent training and advancement plan

RV experienced Technicians – $25 – $35 – Flat rate or hourly – with added efficiency bonuses of up to $3
